Our Standards
What we look for in a Mentor
We keep our community selective so students always get the best.
Deep Domain Expertise
We look for industry-specific mastery — not generalists. Whether it's CSE, BBA, or beyond, you need real-world depth.
Empathy & Communication
Great mentors listen first. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply are non-negotiable.
Commitment to Student Growth
You measure success by your mentee's breakthroughs. A growth mindset and long-term focus set our mentors apart.
